Meet the Maker: Jason Charles of Vinca Minor

It's always such a treat when we get to hang with the makers of the wines we love, and we're so grateful we got to spend some time hanging with Charles of Vinca Minor. Charles is a calm and soft spoken spirit, thoughtful in his actions and intentional in his interactions. You see his character with the relationship he's cultivated with the land he works with, and the care that goes into making the wine. Organic farming is at the heart of his wine making. Striving to keep the wine as natural as possible, he uses only indigenous yeast, never filtering or fining. His grapes are dry farmed, and harvested manually. We asked him a coupla questions about his process :-)
